Fine but that's about it

Confusing check-in experience. The bell boy (sorry, forgot his name) saved the day as he could speak English and understood that I had multiple booking for multiple people, which the front desk staff didn't seem to understand :/ "Double" beds are too small for 2 tall people.

Nice location.

Food left from previous breakfasts kept on appearing in the buffet on following days even though it looked not fresh. Can't understand such things.

Hotel Saint Simon: This hotel boasts a truly privileged location right in the heart of everything. I enjoyed strolling around the area, and just across the street, there are restaurants and shops. The Andino shopping center is a mere 5-minute walk away. The hotel, although small, is cozy, and some of the staff members are very attentive. Additionally, they offer paid transportation services, which can be beneficial in certain situations. The included breakfast is diverse and quite comprehensive.

They should improve their customer service; although some staff members are attentive, there is room for improvement.

Location of the hotel was very good, near the populated area, but still quiet. The room was big and clean. Mine had some partial view to the mountains. Nice staff, they have me instructions on how to use the public transportation.

Breakfast is not standard included.

The hotel's location was great, although it came with a price (some noise as it should be expected when you want to stay near restaurants and bars). Other than that, the staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

The night shift receptionist charged me for the full stay upon arrival which is not what hotels usually do and since he did not speak English and I did not speak Spanish this caused a bit of frustration.

the hotel itself was excellent value

the location was exceptionally noisy every weeknight until 4am and difficult to sleep. very close to bars/clubs playing open air music.

the property was close to main tourist area and the staff were amazing and friendly
